Healthy Soft Serve

You CANNOT get more simple or more healthy than this delicious banana soft serve! Great for those mornings when you are in a rush. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bananas, chopped and frozen
  • Buckinis, banana, nuts and goji berries to top


Method:

  • Place the bananas in a high-speed blender. Blend until creamy.
    At first the bananas will appear crumbly but will eventually form a smooth texture, similar to that of a soft serve.
  • Transfer to a bowl, top with buckinis, banana, nuts and goji berries.  


Serves 1.
