Roll up, roll up... these Coconut And Bliss Balls are seriously sweet treats that are totally good for your insides!
Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- 1/4 cup macadamias
- ½ cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 2/3 cup medjool dates, soaked in hot water
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp grated lemon zest
- Extra coconut, to coat
Recipe Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in the blender until well combined
2. Form into balls then roll in coconut.
3. Place in the fridge to set.
